Return Policy

At Sira Jewels, we understand that sometimes a purchase does not work out. We aim to make the return process as smooth and straightforward as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

7-Day Return Window You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized items: Products that have been altered from their original size or design, such as resized rings or engraved items, are not eligible for return.

  • Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards: These are not returnable.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, you can contact us at support@sirajewels.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  2. Prepare the Package: Repack the item in its original packaging with all accompanying materials, including warranty cards and authenticity certificates. Attach the return label to the package.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

  5. Refund Processing: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
