Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Times All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your order. This insurance provides added protection for your high-value items during transit. You can select shipping insurance at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Sira Jewels is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages Sira Jewels is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy We ship worldwide. Shipping charges and services vary based on package weight and destination country. International orders may be subject to additional customs clearance procedures causing delays.

Non-Returnable Items Any product that has been customized in any way (e.g., resized, engraved) is not eligible for return.
